Filing a complaint To file a complaint, follow the steps below:
- Return/complaint form Complete the return/complaint form and attach it to the parcel. The document should contain the following data: first name and surname, e-mail address or address for correspondence, telephone number, product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and date of occurrence of the defect. 2. Returning the product Filing the complaint, you are requested to return the product complete with all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. 3. Shipment Please send the product concerned in your complaint to the following address:
Product return Under applicable law, you may return the product within 14 days. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, please complete the required statement form and send it to our address together with the product(s) returned.
The parcel containing your statement and the returned product(s) should also contain all accessories received with the product(s) as well as the receipt or invoice.
